We are a cage less no kill animal shelter that rescues and rehabilitates abused and abandoned animals. We house a large number of cats so it can be very difficult to spend enough time with each of them. Volunteers are an important part of our rescue we are in need of volunteers to help with cleaning, socializing, fundraising and foster parents. Cleaning duties include giving fresh food and water, changing litter boxes, sweeping and mopping. Socializing is very important for us because most of our cats are abused and abandoned and they really need people to spend time with them playing and giving them affection to regain their trust and get them ready for their forever home. Fundraising includes helping to plan and attend our fundraising events as well as passing out flyers, selling merchandise, find new donors and soliciting items for raffles and silent auctions.
